Steph's Active Adventures
At Steph’s Active Adventures we believe that the health, wellbeing and happiness of children and families is at the forefront of everything we do; whilst developing a wellness community for everyone to enjoy. We aim to providing a nurturing and mindful community through active adventures within nature.
We believe that this can be achieved through the 5 Ways of Wellbeing:
- Connection with yourself and child
- Keep active
- Try something new
- Promote an act of giving
- Enjoy being in the present
Our nature and nurturing adventures are based at Worden Park Leyland Lancashire, in a safe environment, keeping active together and supporting 1:1 connections with your little ones. We believe our sessions can enhance the whole family’s health and wellbeing. Using all our senses to actively explore, make friends and engage the young minds to flourish, in this wonderful woodland setting.

“To love yourself, love each other and love the environment”

Nature Children
A vibrant, engaging session for parents’ and children from walking to 5yrs (Siblings under 18 months are FREE).
At Nature Children we love the outdoors and we like to offer a space for families to come and connect together. Nature provides the ultimate platform to stimulate children’s curiosity and learning. We believe in a little bit of woodland magic fairy or pixie dust to enhance and flourish our connections together with our woodland active adventures.
We believe in the many benefits of nature play. Each week will provide a new storybook and with the use of interesting characters along the way, which may include activities about discussing our thoughts, feelings and emotions. We also incorporate woodland crafts, active movement, songs, sensory stories and time to explore the woods on our nature trail.
"We believe in the power of the natural environment to help children and embrace learning with greater motivation, focus and happiness."
